Leather Jacket Pants and Sweater by Jackie Robbins 1976

This photo is an old one. Leather Waves had been open for one year in it’s original space at the Malibu Country Mart. I was visiting my new friends the Cosentino family in they’re new space just down the row. I was now taking a photographer with me regularly to photograph my newest creations, and began the documenting process that I still do today. In this picture I’m wearing a leather windbreaker with hood lined in satin in the same rich Burgandy color. The drawstring suede pants are the same shade. The sweater and scarf were produced in my Mother, Sandy R’s knitshop, in Beverly Hills, to be sold with the leathers in my store Leather Waves, in Malibu.
