Our speciality at Leather Waves is to produce your Custom Order to your specifications. This means that you may modify any of our designs, choose different skins, materials, colors, and textures, then have them produced to your measurements for a custom fit. We will guide you through this process which can take 2-8 weeks to produce depending on the item and it's requirements. Jackie Robbins will lend her expertise to help you make decisions and she can also design ideas especially for you or you can bring your ideas to her, via sketches, photographs or pieces already made. Custom ordered merchandise is not returnable, but we guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will work with you until you are completely happy with your purchase.

Take the first step and order a consultation with the designer. We will invoice you for $100. for the consultation, and that amount will be deducted from the 50% deposit you will be invoiced for when you place your order. The consultation price is non-refundable if you decide not to order.

You will be notified by e-mail with a photograph of the completed item and sent an invoice for final payment which will include the 50% balance due plus shipping and insurance. Once final payment has been received your merchandise will be sent to you.
